At the beginning of this school year we surveyed students, teachers, alumni and families to describe BCIS in one word, of the answers we received one word came up repeatedly – COMMUNITY. Beijing City International School (BCIS) has a warm and inclusive community, students feel at home, teachers are empowered, parents are involved in their child’s learning, and our alumni who grew up here cherish their time at BCIS. In this dynamic and diverse family, community members support and understand one another, always growing together. 本学年初，我们曾向学校的学生、老师和员工、校友及部分家长进行过一个调查——“请用一个词描述您心目中的BCIS”，在收到的答案中，有一个词被反复提及，那就是社区（community）。北京乐成国际学校（BCIS）拥有一个温馨包容的#BCIS 多元社区#：学生说“这里不像一间学校，更似一个家”；老师说“我能够时刻感受到同事、学生和家长都和我站在一起”；家长说“我很高兴可以随时走进学校，参加活动，参与孩子的成长”；校友说“我在这里长大，我在这里施展才华”。在这个富有活力和凝聚力的大家庭中，没有宗教、种族和国籍的界限，我们相互帮助、彼此理解，共同成长。在我们短暂分开的这段特殊时期，您或许已经开始想念我们的社区，或是更加深了对它的理解，请观看上面的视频，走近我们的家。
